Hope Is The Thing was premiered at the Hill Auditorium at the University of Michigan, USA on April 13th 2024 as part of a concert "For Women by Women"  - performed by the University of Michigan Women's Glee Club, under the direction of Benjamin Gaughran.

Hope Is The Thing received its UK premiere on April 28th as part of a vocal workshop run by Corra Sound featuring works by the winning composers in the 2023 Call for Scores, directed by Amy Bebbington.

The piece was premiered in Ireland during the UMWGC Summer tour performed in both in Dublin and Cork Cathedrals during May 2024.
